Unable to directly enter speed into Clip Speed / Duration window

Trying to match movement in two clips.  I need to increase the speed of clip 2 to synch with clip 1.  Entered estimate of speed for clip 2 in Clip Speed / Duration window.  Worked.  Went back to adjust speed but was unable to clear old speed to enter new speed.  FWI
