Unable to hear audio passed audio channel 3 and all audio is coming out in mono

Hi there, I am having an issue where all of my audio is coming through as mono on my timeline, even though I have recorded in stereo. Also, on my timeline, sound does not work passed audio channel 3. Anything on audio channel 1&2 are fine but below this, it does not work, do you know how to fix this
