    • Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe (or C:\Program Files\Adobe on 32-bit systems).

Clear Adobe Preferences:

  • On Mac:
    • Open Finder and navigate to /Library/Preferences.
    • Delete any files or folders related to Adobe (look for filenames containing "Adobe").
  • On Windows:
    • Press Win + R, type %appdata% and press Enter.
    • In the Roaming folder, delete any Adobe-related folders or files.

Use Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool:

  • Download and run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool from the official Adobe website.
  • Follow the tool's instructions to clean up any remaining Adobe software traces.

Reboot Your Computer:

  • Restart your computer to ensure all Adobe processes and services are stopped.

Reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud:

  • Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud.

Additional Notes:

  • Administrator Access: Ensure you have administrative privileges on your computer to perform these tasks.

  • Backup Important Data: Before making changes, ensure you have backed up any important files and data.

  • Clean Registry (Windows): Optionally, you can use a registry cleaner tool to remove any leftover registry entries related to Adobe.
