Unable to open file on disk

I have 2 PCs running Windows 11 Pro.  While I am able to connect 8 TB HDD to one PC and able to import media files into Premiere Project, I am not able to do the same on the second PC.  All the time, I get the error: Unable to open file on disk

 

Premiere on both PCs was working fine till 15 days ago.  But not now.  Installed Graphics Toolkit and Windoes Media Features Pack, but no use.

 

Can you please suggest any solution?

    Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
