UPDATE: Scrolling on timeline jumps now, instead of scrolling smoothly

I been having this problem with mac and premier pro, when I try to scroll throught timeline left or right, it does moves 3-5 seconds, not like before - smootly, and that actually takes my nerves, as its very annoying, cant edit anything with this glitch, bug, any help?

    i have this issue too when i try and edit on my macbook. If im plugged into my monitor and im using an extrnal mouse, its fine. its just the trackpad. its really stopping me from being able to edit away from my desk.

      SAME, it is very difficult to stay in the moment working. Please address. timeline with mouse is very unsmooth, as well as in text panel. bar is smoother.
