Updated to 23.1, now my project won't load

I was working on a project using the previous version of premiere, until I updated to 23.1 today - Now my project won't load beyond a certain percentage. I have no idea how to figure out why it's getting stuck at this specific point. I have restarted Premiere, I have restarted my computer, I re-installed Premiere
