Video effects and Trasnitions not working

Hi All,

 

I cannot seem to add Video transitions or effects to any video clips in my timeline. I have used premiere pro all my life, so I know where I can add Transitions and effects and where I cannot. Premiere pro is updated to the latest update, V1 track is selected. Any ideas?

If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
