Video speed too fast

I was editing a video on premiere and I went to go watch it back and all the sudden it went super fast and i don't know the reason and how to fix it please help

‌Check your sequence settings,I suspect the sequence frame rate settings most likely does not match your imported clip settings. Usually when you create a sequence the program will use the clip parameters of the first clip pulled to the timeline to set up your sequence, and warn you if any new one does not match

can you check please the sequence settings and your clip settings info especially the frame rate?
