Voice Over Recording Won't Start Actual Recording v.25

Question

I've been trying to record a voice over on my video however anytime I press the VO record icon it just jumps three seconds back for the pre-roll but never counts down or starts recording. Tried resting preferences, made sure permissions are in order, and that the right mic is selected.

Video of Issue attached.

Premiere also pops up a crash report anytime I close it.

Also when you get the crash report have you made sure to send that info to Adobe? It may help solve the issue you are having. Thanks for submitting your bug report. I hope we can help you soon. Sorry for the frustration!
