I need some help rather quick with this, I've made a previous post about this.

I had the exact same issue before and it fixed randomely or the reason it fixed is unkown to me,

it came back the second I reset my prefrence and I really dont know what to do. There is 2 other

people with the same issue as me and someone with a disk profile picture replying to them, I have

tried every single thing he has suggested perfectly and nothing has worked, Its fixed once before without

me having to reinstall windows so I'd really like to do that. Also, its 100% not a performance issue.

My Problem:
Premiere crashing whenver I click file but I can edit and preview still.

Things i've tried:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/premiere-pro-crashing-when-clicking-file-after-editing-footage/m-p/13093544 - Everything here besides rebuilding Windows

Hello @Zachary27309109eurb,

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?

I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.

Thanks,

Kevin
