Why are none of my presets saving??

It looks like my animation presets are saving successfully but then when I look for them, they're nowhere to be found. This is just another thing that seems so simple but Adobe don't seem to have a solution, it's really slowing down my work.

I'm not sure exactly what to say, but I'm talking about the animation presets if that helps.

It sounds like you might be using some effects that have been obsolete.

"latest version" is a completely useless comment. Please always give the number in full form, which includes the build data past the period ... like 25.1.0 ... as this can and will change at any time. Without the exact number, no one can know which build you're using.

And yes, which build can be crucial at times.

You don't mention what version of PPro you're running, or even what kind of presets; without that basic information, it's hard to know whether we have a solution or not.
