Why does premire pro NOT open? Ok ya'll im tired of thse apps not opening (if not this one its another) all of these errors, loging out, confirmation number not being correct after changing it multiples times, what type of service is this !!!

Hi, i am a fellow user of premiere pro. For some reason it wont show me my previous projets when i open the application. If anyone knows how to correct this problem, will you let me know. Thank you, Fellow pp user.
