Window frame out of reach, Mac OS Big Sur, Adobe Premiere Pro Beta 23.6.0

When I open window and put it between two screen, it resizes to size I can not manage, to get back on center of screen. Also when creating sequence pop up window is to big and i have to really put in work to click button create.
