Won't let me create subtitles from a transcript | Version 23.4

Good afternoon/morning, a few days ago I bought the program to be able to use the voice-to-text transcription tool (I had already used it in the past), the issue here is that when I try to implement it on this new computer, when trying to pass the transcription to subtitles, they keep loading and never finish.

I already tried uninstalling the program, the language plugin, uninstalling all adobe cloud, among others.
