Alt+scroll timeline

Alt + scroll in the timeline does not focus on the mouse pointer anymore.

Is this by design or a bug?

I reported it as a bug in the main release community, as it seems to work correctly with Windows DPI Scaling set to 100%:

This was once an old bug that lingered for a while, then was squashed for a few years, but now cropped back up again in 24.4.0 (and probably (unverified) some of the BETA versions leading up to this full release).
