Premiere beta loads fast but with invisible timeline and menu

The project file loads, mouse is able to click on location where icons are suppost to be. but the icons arent visible until way later... maybe... this happened with current update from today.

Timeline appears when play is pressed, but not complete and crashes after... sometimes it becomes stable enough to work...
