Premiere Pro (beta) - object mask

I just downloaded Premiere Pro (beta), prompted by a post I saw on FB. It shows an "Object Mask" tool located at the bottom of the toolbar. When I open the beta version, it doesn't appear.

Also, the FB video shows an "Essential Graphics" window. Under "Window" in PP Beta, there is no "Essential Sound".

Can anyone help with these two items?

Thanks,

Tony

Correct answer Ann Bens

There is no ess. graphics anymore (its now Properties Panel) as you are watching an old reel on FB.

Use object masking in Premiere Pro

New Properties Panel in Premiere Pro 25.0 - Adobe Community

When watching tutorials, make sure they match the version you are using.

There is a lot of old stuff floating about as Premiere is changing fast.

Hey Tony!

Glad Ann was able to help clarify some of the UI changes. We also have a short YouTube tutorial on accessing the Object Mask tool, in case it helps. Here's a YouTube link to the tutorial: https://adobe.ly/4rrRYB7

Hope it helps!

Thank you so much Ann! I remember the Essential Graphics going away, replaced by Properties Panel and seeing Essentials it in this video is what was throwing me off. Thank you again.
