Clip velocity faster then 1000%? Target-lenght of a clip?

Can we please get the posibility to set the playback velocity of a clip faster then 1000%? This value is very arbitrary and not very helpful, especially when quickly editing work in progress video content for social media.

Further it would be awesome, if I could set the lenght of a clip, and the velocity would change to match this length.
