Questions

When starting a new project, I can navigate to a folder of interest, but there are no basic controls like sort, nor can I find the file I want by starting to type its name.   This refers to the desktop version.   Am I missing something here?

What's wrong - the Premiere Rush software installed on my PC with W10 OS does not accept my MOV video files...(the mp4's are ok, but not MOV...   I have asked Adobe support twice re this, but their answer/help still has not reached me...

Bonjour, Problème avec « Premiere Rush » : après avoir mis bout à bout plusieurs séquences filmées (5 en .mp4, et 1 en .mov intercalée) pour une durée totale de 1h38mn, j'ai essayé d'exporter vers mon ordinateur, donc en local, mon film.J'ai libéré pour ça suffisamment de Go pour avoir beaucoup plus que les 87Go annoncés comme requis avant l'export,Au bout de pas mal d'heures et plusieurs essais sur 2 jours, je ne le retrouve pas dans mes répertoires, sauf un mini-fichier avec le nom de mon film en question, mais faisant seulement 1 ko. Il est bien sûr parfaitement inexploitable.J'ai la version d'essai d'une semaine avec Première Rush... Le résultat ne me donne pas envie d'acheter évidemment.Que se passe-t-il. J'aimerais savoir.MK

Hello!Please, add a possibility to export frames (capture frames) from a video in the Premiere Rush.I really miss it in Rush version and think that it's prety useful, because it allows to capture frame directly from the video without such quality loss like with a simple screenshot

Rush does not have a 'clock wipe' in transitions. Premier Pro did, is it possible to get one downloaded into Rush?

When creating a clip via phone, does anyone know how to get all editable options to actually save & display? Everytime I try to change the font & colors, it won't save.

Hi,I want to start a new project in Premiere Rush but it won't recognize my external drive where my .mov files are located. I tried System Preference > Security & Privacy > Files and Folders > and clicked on Downloads, Documents and Desktop. It doesn't work. Sharing & Permissions on the external drive is Read & Write. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

A simple audio EQ and compression would go a long way! Interface can be dead simple for both of these, even just some number parameters.

Hello, I'd like to address the need to add subtitles to a video. It's the only reason why I don't buy the full version. This is a "lightweight" application meant for quick editing. Best examples are social media videos. One of the biggest needs on social media videos are subtitles hence, the absolute need to have this feature implemented. Specifically:- manual subtitles- auto generated subtitles (could help but if not good enough it's better not to have it. It takes more time to remove and modify rather than inserting them manually)- subtitles from file Attached to this I believe the animation of subtitles makes them extremely more readable hence:- animated subtitles 

Samsung Galaxy A32 phone will no longer export from rendering videos. I've deleted apps created space and even deleted previous work. To no success it still will not saved a my videos from export. 

It would be awesome if you could scrub using the left and right arrow keys on the Logitech Keyboard for iPad Pro while using Adobe Rush. It's available in the iPad version of Davinci Resolve, and would be a game-changing feature on the iPad version of Adobe Rush!

Hi, I am using Adobe Premiere Rush V2.8.0 (Build 8). After exporting the video from Adobe Rush some portion of the video miss the audio.It happens quite often for me. Kindlt help me to resolve the issue. Regards,Anil

I cant export any video out of rush. wheter its hd or any type of export

I have just started using Rush. I added sound to my first clip but could not hear the sound. I changed from my internal speakers to my Sonos system and the sound is fine. I have found many posts from people with the same problem but cannot find a single satifactory solution. The sound is there, sound works fine from every other program, sound plays to another sound system but nothing to my internal speakers.

It's not working on my desktop NOR Phone. Nor getting through to customer service ANY ADVICE ?         

I've been doing pro res in my iPhone 14 pro max ; I have uploaded videos on rush no issues but today it's saying that's media is not supported.  Any idea of why ?? 

I had finished a project, was about to export it, and it said that I was missing media and it would be corrupted or something like that if I exported it with missing media. So, I reconnected all of the media from the files app on my iPad...except one video file which will not reconnect no matter how many times I select the file from my files app. I have searched through the forum, and I've made sure that there is no synchronization errors (which shouldn't have been an issue since I only use Rush in my iPad and Pro on my laptop). I just need extra help because I'm stressed out about it and I'm late getting my video done because of this. Any help is super appreciated!!! Thank you so much!

Has Adobe fixed this problem yet?  I upload an mp4 video file that's 16 MB. I don't touch or edit it at all, and go to export it at 720p. The filesize is 71 MB. Why?? But get this: Then I try adding two random cuts to the video clip. I go back to export the file. It is now 1029 MB!!! What the heck is wrong with this application?? 

I got an unprompted blue screen for "Video_Memory_Managemnet_Internal" while exporting a video for my English project. During this export, I had premiere rush crash, and then send my PC into the blue screen. When my PC finally restarted, I looked for the file on premiere rush and the cloud, and there wasn't a trace of it. I looked in my files for the exported version, and I found the 9 seconds of it as an audio clip and a corrupted 5 second video file. Those were the only remnants. Does anyone know what happened or how to recover the file?

Simple request... text entry box that isn't microscopic when working on my mobile device. I would use these features WAY more if selecting and editing the text wasn't such a disaster
