When trying to add certain animation templates to my project, I get an error message. This does not occur with all templates, but only with some. We tracked it with IT and it seems to be related to the URL stock.adobe.com. However, accessing this URL works (no errors in firewall or proxy logs). Do you guys have any idea why this error is happening with some templates?
I've spent literally all day trying to create a 1 minute 14s video for social media.I managed to get it to 1m remaining by locking up the audio etc....but then it just flops. How on earth can adobe be ok with this happening to clearly many, many paying customers. Really close to down grading back to LR/PS only or even just completely getting rid. Any last tips with rush please before I do this? Kind regards,Misha

Okay, I'm getting slightly annoyed! I don't know where else this could be stored, but how do I delete projects in Adobe Rush Premiere? When I open the program, I have 3 "Untitled" projects that I cannot delete, no matter what I do. I tried deleting them in the app, with no success (they only grey out, but nothing happens). I went to my Creative Cloud online storage, but nothing there. I even deleted the app and went into the temp folder or anywhere else Adobe would leave files and delete that. Yet every time I reinstall or start Premiere Rush, those 3 projects pop up. What am I missing?? Many thanks
I am getting the pop for "This file requires the HEVC codec which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid plan, go to..." I 100% have a paid for plan and never ran into this ever before. I only film on a gopro and have been for the last few years... What am I doing wrong? I 100% have the HEVC plug in paid for as well on Windows and have had that for a very long time. Any help!?
I have tried to use titles but those get added between two videos. How can I add simple texts in video without any special effects?

hello i have a problem, regarding a paid subscription, i have paid for a yearly, but not getting a subscription in my apple id account
I'm new to Premier Rush. I am trying to import a mp4 audio file, no video. It says that I have too many audio channels. I tried using Handbreak and it wouldnt work. Do I need to save my audio in a different format to get it to work? How do I resolve this issue?
The auto reframe feature is very useful, but sometimes it can be difficult to adjust the frame accurately because the dialogue box is so small, particularly when editing a video that needs to be stabilized. It would be nice if we could change the size of the dialogue box to align adjustments more accurately.
I've run into this a few times and somehow I was able to reset it last time but can't seem to find any information this. While editing my video, out of know where, the replay starts to play back at a faster rate (not sure how much). But it's all choppy and annoying. I know you can use J, K, L keys to speed up or reverse this "review" playback speed. But I can't find any information on how to reset the speed to "NORMAL". Unlike Premier, there is no toggle, or pull down setting I can see to adjust it. Just FYI, this is NOT the clip speed setting. This is just the playback speed for review. Anyone know what keystroke combo sets it back to normal?
Worst experience I have ever had! First personal video edit, I did on Android phone and it worked wonderfully. Second one I transitioned from phone to PC for an actual paying customer. I couldn't get videos to PC without opening or creating a new project on the phone. So, I thought that was fine, so once I got videos on the Cloud I started project on PC. Once I completely polished it I tried to export it and there was no option anywhere to do so. In the process of troubleshooting it, I lost the project! The sync between the two sucks, to be frank. Now we are up all night trying to come up with a professional product using "a lesser quality tool" to make sure we can satisfy our customer. I will look at the Pro version, but because of this horrible experience, I will also be looking at other products. Sincerely,Very Upset Tonight!

Having a new issues after several successful videos. Repeated efforts to export and save have failed. I have changed nothing in Premiere Rush, but I repeatedly get the failed to export message with no further informaton. Plenty of space on card and all media files are stored locally. Beyond frustrated as this should have been a 15 minute quick hit and upload to IG that has turned into 2+ hrs and no end in sight
Hi team,First time post.It would be great if Rush had the ability to add simple graphics to videos. Like emojis 😝 or simple animations.Maybe it's already there but I can't find it.Either way thanks and keep up the great work.Bernard
On the desktop version, how do I import images from Lightroom? I thought they might appear under "Add Media > Adobe", but I can't find any reference to my Lightroom cloud images.
Hi guys,I was exporting a video uploaded from my iPhone 14 PRO Max (Colour profile: BT.2020 HLG (9-18-9) from Premiere Rush and After Effects, and both showed me the same problem.The colour automatically changed, the exposure was high and the colours looked pale, I was checking some tips, and apparently is the color profile of the video from my iPhone.Have you gotten similar problems? Have you managed to solve it? Original video RushAfter effects If you have any tips, please let me know.Katy
Hello!I have created a video and edited it numerous times without issue and on the last revision, there are 7-8 frames that have appeared that are solid black frames and I'm not able to remove, edit, modify them at all. I've confirmed that I have the latest version of Rush and everything appears to be normal on my Mac Mini. Any ideas?
Good day! Can you please tell me if there is a function to import filters from mobile Lightroom to Premiere Rush? I have a need to fine-tune the color of the video by analogy with my photos through the import of settings, for example, in DNG format or something else. Thank you in advance.
I just created a Rush project and now it says "unable to open project" on all my devices whenever I click on it. I created another project to see what the problem was and it did open without issues. How can I fix this? I spent hours on the project... I also deleted and reinstalled the app and logged in and out several times 😩
