Hello, i recently purchase the app Adobe Premiere Rush from Appstore on my iPad Air 5th. Gen.While i working on my project, the app crashes suddenly. I restart my iPad and the app many times. But it still crashes. My day was lost because of this problem.. And the end of the day, i request to refund... You can see the video here: https://youtu.be/udg2CZovBkU
Most of the time render is impossible. It crashes at 3% or 5%... last time was 100% rendering and crush... it's complete makes me feel bad. All the same projects on old S10 works fine. Newer observe any issues.
I worked really hard on this and do not have time to do it over. Please help? I am trying to make an IG reel for a client. The preview video looks great, but the rendered download has a fuzzy green bar across the bottom and the video is completely askew. My titles and transitions are there but the video is a mess.vs
I'm trying to use my M1 iPad pro to edit h.265 footage, and it's not importing. If I try h.264 it works fine.I'd like to know if this is just a bug or if is it not capable of editing h.265 footage.Thanks,
Hi. I use Rush and happy for functional app. but when i use the rode microphone (wireless go II) app has countdown 3 seconds. but sill freez app. and not recording any file plese help me how to allow rode microphone to use this app. thanks
Hello everyone, Rush has been freezing up on me a lot lately. When I am trying to export a video it says it's rendering and the video it's waiting. I have tried multiple times to export my video and it will not work. How can I fix this??
I've been trying to get this program to synchronize my media, and I'm pulling my hair out. I create a project on my Android device and have it synchronize to the creative cloud. But it doesn't synchronize to my desktop. When I open it there. It tells me that I have files that are missing. And vice versa. When I create a project on my desktop, the files do not synchronize onto my phone. And yes, I've ticked the box "sync with CC." Thinking this might be a problem with creative cloud, I signed up for a Dropbox account to see if my media would synchronize from there. Rush shows that I have no media on my Dropbox, and that's not true. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Rush. I've deleted all of my assets from CC. What gives?
I have seen posts elsewhere complaining about the excessively large file size created by Premiere Pro, eg thread "Estimated File size 322MB, Real File size 1.6GB" ), and I'm finding the same issue in Rush (Windows 10 Desktop version). Yes I have read all the posts about reducing quality etc., but the file size is still excessive. Unfortunately the solution of turning off hardware encoding as I have seen in a couple of forums including the thread above cannot be done in Rush as the option does not exist. So... any solutions ? Just for comparison, I did exactly the same project in the Windows 10 Photos App (yes you can edit Videos in there!) and the output file size was much more sensible, and yes I was comparing apples to apples in terms of the codec and quality etc. as closely as possible. Unfortunately the App doesn't quite have all the features I want. hence looking at Rush
How to change still image duration by default? I need hundreds of stills to be 2 frames long. On Premier Pro you go into settings/general/still image duration and you can custom set. On Premier Rush I don't know how to set the still image duration. Thank you
The most vague export error report ever. On exporting a 28 sec. Sequence with 2 video clips, a few animated still, Adobe audible clip and template text. Anyone else get 'some error occurred
It's great that we have effects for the transitions, I think that we could really improve the overall editing factor on Rush if we included effects on the video themselves. Adobe is an amazing product, but I look to an app called Splice to edit my videos solely to add effects to the videos themselves. Effects like zoom in/out, or even "animate" which is a slow zoom completely changes the overall feel of the video.
I need help I have Rush, on personal phone. I have rush on work phone. two emails two devices. I recently installed creative cloud and Rush on laptop, im able to sign into each of them but i cannot find my projects. Pleas help.
I have downloaded the program and when I click to open/start it. The cursor changes to the round thing that goes around a couple of times and then nothing else happens. It is as if I didn't click on it to open. Has anyone else had similar. I am using a PC with windows 10 version 1803 (OS build 17134.345)
I'm creating a documentary for a school project, and I have found a video (clip) on C-SPAN that I screen recorded *I CITED THE VIDEO* and uploaded it through PR mobile, and on the school laptop, and my personal PC, the video is not watchable and just shows a red screen with an exclamation mark. I dont know how to fix it, and it's due thursday.
I have a terabyte of cloud storage with adobe, hundreds of videos and no way to organize them on premier rush 🤦🏻♀️ in Lightroom it's so easy to put everything into folders and it's not possible on rush? Honestly it's a huge letdown. Please please add this feature 🙏
I've created a short clip with Rush but are very confused about the way it selects the Miniature or thumbnail image.Saving to my local computer there are no way, as I know to select the thumbnail image, it is selected by Rush. I expected Rush to select one of the starting frames as thumbnail but no it select a frame in the middle of the clip .... ???Tried exporting to YouTube here is an alternative during export to either select a special frame for the miniature/thumbnail image or select a file on your computer. But Rush do not go along with my selection instead it selects the first frame independent of my settings. But then post any of those on Adobe Portal then Adobe Portal des regards the miniature/thumbnail immage and selects its own miniature/thumbnail image in the middle of the clip ... ??? What is going on? Rush version 2.7.0 version 51 on Windows 11
Havnt used Rush in a couple of months....is the Start Tour gone?
Hiya, Adobe!I kept thinking this glitch I've had since the most recent update last weekend would be fixed, but I'm now on day five of not being able to see Photoshop files when I try to bring them into Rush with the media browser. The files are still there, but Rush just isn't seeing them. I know that often your updates work only with Apple for a few days, but usually you have the PC fix pretty quickly. This is profoundly affecting my workflow, so I need to know that you are aware of the problem and fixing it. Thanks for your help!

todas as vezes que uso o recurso GRÁFICOS do RUSH ele substitui a fonte, não utiliza a mesma que está no exemplo. Como resolvo isso?
I had email saying "your Adobe Creative Cloud membership will start to include the premium version of Adobe Premiere Rush" but the the Prem Ru app will not let me upload in 4K. Is 4k upload included in the "Premium Version" or is there a "Premium Premium Version"?
I'm looking everywhere for a thing that allows me to import my own audio from my icloud files because I had some audio I had to put on but all there was were the apple music and the audio library. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough?

I'm a bit desperate as I have a deadline tonight and no matter what I do, I cannot get graphics to show up in my project.I am able to get the graphics to the timeline but nothing shows up on the media as an overlay. I am having the same issue transferring the Rush project into Premiere Pro.I have been scouring the internet for solutions, and it seems like this has been an issue for many people, but I can't find any definitive solutions. I've also never had this problem before.I'm adding an image of what I currently see in Premiere Pro.
