I just reinstalled Rush on my iPad because it kept crashing. But I seem to have lost all my old projects. I do not have a Pro account but I figured if I'm logging into the same account as before, I should have been able to access my projects from the cloud?
I have recently been editing videos that were filmed on my a couple of iPhones. I've edited the content down to about 30 mins or so. Everything looks fine and plays fine in the Primiere Rush Editor but when I export it, no matter the settings of the export, the final rendered video flashes and twitches gray screens for about the first minute and a half. It seems to get better after that, but still randomly has it happen throughout the video. It's very frustrating. It's my first time editing with this and to be honest, it hasn't been the been experience since I'm having so much trouble just exporting the video. I'm on iOS. Macbook Pro. Can anyone help?
I suddenly can't separate the audio from the video. Does anyone know why? Did I unintentionally change a setting?
Is there no way to change the resolution to make vertical videos for Instagram Stories or IG TV?

Bonjour à tous, Lorsque je lance les applications créative Cloud (Illustrator et Première Rush notamment) sur mon IPad, elles arrivent à s'ouvrir mais une fois chargées, se referment directement. Aussi sur Première Rush, lors de l'exportation, l'application se referme. Mon espace cloud n'est qu'à 10% de sa capacité. J'ai essayé de forcer la fermeture des applications, de me déconnecter, de redémarrer l'iPad... Mais rien n'y fait. Avez-vous trouvez un solution ?
Different story on every single device. Project won't even open on my phone, and on my computer the project is empty. I'm trying to download rush to another computer, and it won't even download. I was able to access the project from my phone last night, and suddenly it can no longer be opened. How can this be? What is up with this program?
Hi allThe program is on an iPad, and the phone always shuts down suddenly and continuously, even though I am a subscriber. Also, I cannot see the edits during editing. Thanks
Please add a line divider feature so that when embedding photos in photos they fit better, oh and also please add a green screen eraser or background eraser feature.

Ich arbeite mit meinem iPhone. Wenn ich einen Film mit proRES oder im Kino Modus aufnehme, hat Premiere Rush Probleme mit dem Bearbeitung. Das Programm stürzt immer wieder ab oder ich höre nur den Ton beim Bearbeiten aber sehe das Video lediglich im Standbild. Bei anderen Schnittprogramm wie CapCut habe ich überhaupt keine Probleme mit dem Video Modus oder auch HDR Modus. Für mich ein absolutes must have um vernünftig. Aber insofern wenn ich mit einem iPhone arbeite

Having an issue using macs os built in screen recorder and importing the .mov file into Adobe Rush CC.I can create one screen recording using "shift cmd 5" and able to import the video into Premier Rush. If I capture any other screen recordings I get a "unable to preview" in the rush file browser not able to import.Tried restarting my computer and clearing the cache. Same results each time. The .mov files still play in Quicktime player so doesn't appear to be an issue with the screen recording file.

I accidentally deleted my entire Adobe Premiere project, and I am trying to restore the full, edited version of my project that it was before it was deleted. Hello Community! I am having problems finding my projects in Rush Mobile, my device is iPhone 13promax and since this morning my projects saved in Dash do not appear. It also doesn't allow me to start new projects.Today I was about to export a project to which I had dedicated several hours of work 😩Any way to solve it?
I've used this software for five years. No matter the hardware, no matter the excuses, it is a buggy mess that charges $120 a year. I've now wasted $600 on this when i could just fork out $30 for something on Humble Bundle. No matter if I have an i7-4790 with 16GB DDR3 and a GTX 1080ti to, now, an i7-12700k with ONE HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT GIGABYTES DDR5 RAM and an RTX 3080, which is supposed to improve encoding, it's always been the same, no matter what. It's an absolute joke yet i still pay for it because I don't make the jump. WHY DOES IT DEFAULT TO USING ONEDRIVE TO SAVE FILES AND HOW CAN THAT BE CHANGED!? Adobe is a trash company. I thought i'd edit on my phone, but that's basically impossible. It's a money pit. Can't even upload to laptop and have a project show up on my desktop for DAYS. Humble Bundle currently has Vegas Pro 19 on sale, anyone recommend? Mod note: Title was changed to reflect your issue.
Premiere Rush V1.2.12 built 10.Hi,Trying to start working with Premiere Rush but everytime the process blocks on the same issue. When starting, the following message displays : At first, I thought hitting "ok" would re-initialize the media cache directory enabling me to work. But, the software blocks when opening a new project or anything : it stays at "preparing the project" for hours. I tried to download the soft again, add a new directory, change version etc... Nothing worked. Any idea on how I could set this issue ?Should you need other informations, please ask me. Thank you for your help.
*This is my first video project on Rush.*Everything looks great in the program, but when I export it elsewhere on my computer everything is all screwed up. The audio doesn't sync up, like it's normal speed, but the video is playing too fast. There are also clips in the video that I deleted - I split a few videos and deleted parts of them and it's as if the pieces I deleted are there instead of the pieces I kept. But in Rush everything is normal. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
So for some reason, Rush is substituting fonts in my projects, even though I know I have the fonts on my laptop. I am running Windows 10 and I'm not loving or understanding the "unresolvable" message. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks!
