Since recent Android update, Rush only showing black screen when I import a video. Audio fine. Anyone else?

Thanks, Kevin! I turned off all HDR settings on the clips before importing them into Rush, and it worked. I’m relieved this solved the issue, but it would be great to see Rush upgraded to support HDR and other settings seamlessly. Thanks again, Kevin!

I use Rush Pro to export various travel vlog since 2 months. I encounted many issues with the app but this one is major and new. I have been working on a specific video since many days. I just finished my project yesterday afternoon without exporting it. I work on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

When I came back to export my project, the project was there but seems like each video files cannot be read (despite the fact that everything was working all weel 4 hours sooner). Where I should see a preview of each videos, it's all blank (see picture attached). I tried to export but I have an error message. My project and all others I have in the app can't be properly read. I tried to start a new project just to see, and same thing. I can select files but when the project is created, nothing can be read. All files are blank spaces.

Someone has encounter this type of problem? It's pretty frustating to pay for a product that does this kind of bug...

Identical issue with my Premier Rush on Android. It all started since yesterday.

Premier Rush is showing black screen on playback on Samsung s23 ultra. It was working and I created hundreds of projects without any problem. Playback screen is black no matter I use video or photo clip. This started since yesterday after I duplicated a project. I cleared app cache and it didn't fix. I un-installed the app and reinstalled it, it didn't fix.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue?

Interestingly, if I export the project, video shows correctly. Obviously, I wouldn't export until I am satisfied with editing which requires viewing on playback screen!

This is a problem I have found out about yesterday. The point of using rush is to cut stuff quickly on your phone and I have only just had this problem.

My video files have been fine ntil yesterday. I don't know if tnere has been some upgrade problem. I'm using an android phone, I changed video format andback but it only imports audio. No matter what I do, there isn't much point in recoding the footage I might as well edit on Adobe premiere pro. The entire point about using rushes is when you need something immediately. Film it and cut it and post it.

I really like using it. But I'll have to use something else if not. Does anybody know if it is bug? Otherwise I don't understand why it has just happened. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Abre e não aparece o vídeo quando crio projeto. As vezes diz q não é possível criar projeto. Acontece no meu S21 e no s21 do meu filho tbm.

This is what happened to me this morning. I reinstalled it but still tje same thing. I don't know if this is an upgrade problem. I ended up using caput this morning, because nothing else was working.
