Adobe message saying Your Robohelp license expired

I've got a Robohelp license through my company. I was using it with no problems for a long period, until the following message has appeared when starting the application:

Your Robohelp license has expired. For questions regarding your account or to renew your license, please contact your IT administrator.
My IT administrator is confirming that the license has been renewed, but I am still receiving the same message from Adobe.
Also tried to sign out and sign in my Adobe account: nothing changed,
Could you please let me know what is my license current status and history from your perspective?
Thanks a lot.

The forums are supported by other users of Adobe products and only Adobe themselves can resolve licence issues such as this.

From the sound of it you have an Enterprise licence and your admin will need to resolve that with Support. Your admin will have an Adobe link to progress this.
