Hi,

I was wondering if there's any new information about tracking help effectivenes of RoboHelp Responsive HTML 5 output. Basically, I need to:

  • Allow users to rate topics (somthing like "Was this topic helpful?")
  • Allow users to leave comments to topics
  • Receive notifications of new comments
  • Have analytics on received comments

There're a lot of threads on the forum related to AIR output; however, I'm interested in Responsive HTML 5 only.

Thanks!

That's pretty much what RoboHelp Server provides.

Adobe RoboHelp Server 10 - For your online help systems

It is a chargeable product and needs to be on each server where the help is hosted.

See www.grainge.org for free RoboHelp and Authoring information.

Peter Grainge EDIT: For Aus users, the link just redirects to the adobe AU home page and although the search returns results for RH Server, all the links return 404s. (And the adobe AU home page looks like the Wiggles had a wild party. I assume it's legit, but my poor eyes! 0_0  )

Are you able to let your Adobe contacts know?

I found a chat box and asked the chat person to pass on that it's broken for AU users.
