I think you are making a mistake going for HTML5 rather than frameless. Customisation is very limited in HTML5 but extensive in frameless. If you later come back saying you want to customise things in HTML5, the likely answer will be you can't or it's very difficult.   Also going forward Adobe will be focussing development on frameless outputs so I recommend considering frameless templates for your project. Other than bug fixes, it is unlikely there will be any changes to HTML5 outputs. The calls for frameless outputs are different using URLs so you need to discuss that with your developers if you use context sensitive help.   You have to upgrade each project in the merge and then create a new TOC with links the child project in rhpj format. Not sure how you work with what robohelp creates as I don't work with translations. I suspect you need an cliff tool. It is correct and often happens with updates now.   Others on an older version will get a warning. Depending on what they do it may or may not cause a problem. Those are from output files and should not be in the source. At some point you have imported from an output. Those files can be deleted but the topics you imported may give problems. Another thought is do they get into the output when you generate?    In the New UI versions, the TOC controls to what goes into your build. Anything that is to be included in the build must be in the TOC or have a link from a topic that is in the TOC. That does not mean users have to see all topics in the TOC, there is an option to hide topics. It's not correct so first question is are they definitely topics? Then have they been upgraded? Compare the source code with a topic that is in Contents.   If there is still an issue, the next thing I would do is see where those topics were in the Classic project. As @Jeff_Coatsworth has suggested, that is your problem. You can't import output topics with their code. If you don't have the source, you will need to recreate the topic by pasting the content in as unformatted text. You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information. Go to Help > About to get the full version number.   Topics have nothing to do with the logo so it's not releated to that.  You haven't said how it's different. You can adjust the size when in topics here.     If that's not it, maybe you need two versions of the logo. Not sure as  you haven't said what is different.
