You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information. Go to Help > About to get the full version number.   Topics have nothing to do with the logo so it's not releated to that.  You haven't said how it's different. If you right-click any part of an output and then click inspect, you can often see code that will help you identify the style applied.   In this case I got this.     It's a default Azure Blue and it is white. That suggests something else you have changed in the header is affecting the text colour. I have shown the code as well in case you have sufficient knowledge to see what to change that would just affect the label.   As far as what you may have done to change the colour from the default white, this seems to be a likely cause.     If you change the Title Font Color, then both the title and Click here have that colour set here. Can you consider changing to a frameless output? They can only open with the header and TOC. I'm not at a RoboHelp machine to test but I'm pretty sure the answer is that it's not possible.   The button is part of the header and you have chosen to open the help without the TOC and header. Are you using Dynamic Content Filtering? If not, this thread is not relevant.    See page in Full Context should only show if the help has been called with a direct URL. It should be opened with a URL as described in Calling Help on my site so that the TOC opens as well.   The expand all icon is not related. It is for topics that have dropdown or expanding text. Clicking the icon opens them. Essentially all topics are included in an output unless an expression excludes them. Thus you likely don't need includes.   If you tag something to exclude say A, that topic will be excluded so wanting to ignore that if it has C applied becomes a conflict.    I am thinking Dynamic Content Filtering might be what you want where users choose which tags they want to see according to options you set up with expressions. ________________________________________________________ My site www.grainge.org includes many free Authoring and RoboHelp resources that may be of help.   ... Adobe would like to change that but it would wreck thousands of projects. Importing is still working in a simple test so I suspect this is document related.   See Item 1 at https://www.grainge.org/RoboHelp_Gems/RoboHelp_Gems.htm?rhpgno=2#generating for the location of the log file but they are not always helpful, aimed more at Support.   The first thing I would do is create a very simple document, one heading and one paragraph. I'm happy to look at the Classic project to if I can see any obvious reasons for the project not upgrading well. No charge for that.   BTW Check your version of 2015 has all updates applied. Now I know you did delete the old Classic stuff, there's something else you can try that might work. On the server delete the whx folder, then publish again. First let me point out that 2020 is subscription only and that entitles you to download the latest version at no extra cost. You are looking for 2022 Update 6.   The topics are in alphabetical order in the Contents Panel but the TOC will be however you set it up in Classic. The upgrade breaking links suggests that you had lots of topics in the root folder in Classic. Is that the case? If so, you'll need to use the Broken Links report. How is on my site. I'm not sure why the TOC is freezing the project. Maybe autocreate a new one. It won't be in the order you want but at least it will get things going for now. How did you upgrade the project? There is a link to Upgrade Classic Project. You must use that. Any other way will fail.   First I would seriously encourage you to get 2022 and start again. The upgrade process from 2020 did not change the Classic project, rather it created a new one. That means you can upgrade as many times as you like and the upgrade process in 2022 is better.
