Certain words in headers change size.

Certain words that are marked as Code style in other text, keep changing size in my Headers. Its driving me crazy. I go back and clear formatting/clear inline formatting for that word, but it always returns to the smaller font. And it not just the word rmp. this is happening with a lot of words/code. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the replies - unfortunately it does not have to do with searching. I think I have narrowed it down. It does have to with the code I have copied and pasted into my my files. If I add the same text as the code to a header, close the file and open it, that text is half the size. Where do I break this link? I cannot find it in the stylesheet code.

Can you post a screenshot of the html of that header line where the text is off? (Are you looking at the output or the RH project topic code?)
