RoboHelp 2020: Section names appear in TOC but not in Document

In a RoboHelp 2020 generated PDF is there a way to get the Section names to appear in the document?
They are refered to as Chapters in the Output Presents and they act like chapters in the TOC.
In previous verions the Sections (books) would appear as Chapters in the TOC and also show up in the actual document.

Is there a setting/checkbox to include them that I am missing?

If it helps, it does work in the Word Output in 2020.

It is hoped this will be fixed in the next release but that's a wait and see.
