RoboHelp License
I own Robohelp X5 Office. I had it installed on my PC and was
using it. I recently installed a new motherboard and dual processor
on my PC and tried to re-install Robolhelp. After inserting the
Install CD and typing in the Product-Key, I got a message that the
Product-Key was invalid. I double checked it and tried again--same
error message.
I called Adobe and was told the software was to old and I need to buy the upgrade. That is rediculous. I purchased this software August 2007.
Does anyone know whom I can contact or a work around to this problem?
