Team Project does not want to open

I've had some bug in my coputer and had to wipe all and clean install.

Everything else so far great, but the TEAM PROJECT is giving problems

When I opened it, it had lots of media but none in a folder as before. i.e. Raw, Sequences, Music, etc. Just tons and tons of unbinned media.

I've asked the owner to re-invite me and since then, It' gets stuck on the "error when opening"
I've followed this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/team-projects-discussions/team-project-gets-an-error-when-opening/m-p/13876954#M3098

But the troubleshooting is not helping

- Restarted computer

- Uninstall & Re-installed Adobe Premiere

- Cleared the Cache

- I am online, so it's not a slow drive or internet issue

- Other collaborators are working just fine

Note: I'm not the owner of the project, so can't create a new version. Other projects open just fine

Can you post those troubleshooting tips for others?

Thanks David

I'm on macOS Ventura 13.4 & downgraded to PP 23.3 after we had issues with 23.4 -
I've just used the link below to get to the Team Projects Local Hub and cleared that...

But unfortunately that did not work...
It got stuck at the "loading assets point" and then crashed

That's a shame. You mentioned you did a clean install, is it possible that the drive the media was on change letters? Not sure if that would have an impact.

Here's an old thread with some suggestions from one of the Premiere Team members. These might work, but they might also result in some less-than-desireable outcomes: https://community.adobe.com/t5/team-projects-discussions/team-projects-stuck-on-quot-processing-loaded-assets-quot/m-p/9819907

How long is it getting stuck at this point? Thinking back to an old Team Project that I worked on, when I loaded the project on a new computer after it had become pretty massive, it took a long time to load the first time (and consequently populate the two folders I had you delete). Is it possible you need to wait a long time? I'm guessing you have, but you also said "tons and tons" of media. Team Projects have gotten some pretty significant performance enhancements in recent years, so I would hope the same issue I had isn't a problem now, but I can't be certain.

Do you have another machine you can try to load the project on? You don't need the media to try, it can be any machine you're logged into and everything should be offline. It could be a good test to see if you can load the project at all or if there's perhaps a bigger issue going on.

Are you on macOS or Windows? You can try trashing your Team Projects Cache and Team Projects Local Hub folders. If you're on Windows copy the path below, including the % symbols to go directly to the proper folder.

Windows: %appdata%\Adobe\Common

macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/
