Hello,I am trying to utilize the geospatial function within Aero, I applied to Adobe and was granted access. But for some reason, it doesn't provide me the proper information under the Properties area. What am I doing wrong.

I continue to experiment with the tool and it continues to have some serious issues. Within the Geospatial Creator toolkit, I place items within specific geo-locations (see attached) yet they display incorrectly in the viewer. You can compare the placement with the viewer experiences here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sZLgb5oVcY&feature=youtu.be             https://youtu.be/j3UdEEAJV-c            The application continues to be a fun diversion, but there are far too many issues with its reliability, handling of textures/lighting, publication, geolocation, etc. for it to be a viable tool for any serious work at this time. 

Using Aero to create AR experiences has been amazing. The ability to create and publish so quickly is pretty exciting, and with the introduction of Geospatial Creator being able to anchor at a location is a game changer.  But the limiations are an issue e.g. Experiences only working on ios currently and users having to load the Aero mini app to play the experiences can be one click to far. So a couple of questions: 1. Are there any plans for Aero to be able to export USDZ files so that designers can let users experience the AR projects via web pages and AR Quick View?2. Reality Composer appears to be a intersting alternative to Aero but without the Geospatial bit is it worth exploring?  

Does anyone know if object occlusion has been added to the Google's Geospatial mesh? Ive had a play with it and so far there is no occlusion using iPhone.

When will Adobe Aero be available in Philippines and in Samsung S21 Ultra? I really wanted to try it to use in our company.

Good Evening to All! Is there a way to program an image in Aero, like a picture of the Sun, that students can manipulate (touch it and spin it) when viewing it in real time through their device?  How would I program that within the Aero program? Thank you,Chris Hansford

My client needs an AR experience on a 500mts surface and I want to do it with Adobe Aero and Geospatial. My question is the following, is there a distance limit (meters) for a project with Geospatial? since I need to show, among other things, a guide path of 500 meters in AR. I did not find anything about it, but taking into account how it works in the official demos and in the tutorials of those who have access to the Beta, I was able to track the same places in Google Maps and deduce that the default width (regardless of the location chosen) is 280mts approximately (If you choose an exact coordinate you will have 140 meters to your right, and 140 meters to your left.) Could someone give me the certainty if this is so or not? is there a limit? if so, can I change it (or some other solution) to suit my client and his 500mts? Thank you very much to anyone who reads me. Just downloaded the Aero Desktop BETA.. Trying to open my files but keep getting a popupI'm using version 0.18.4"Update Required...Download the latest version to access this content" and another Failed to open project(refer to image)Does anyone know why???

I'm getting Unable to create link error when requesting a link to a project. My account is educational, Does that make a difference? And what would be the solution? I'd really like to try out this new feature! Thanks!Myoung 

Hi, is it possible to let the user once he es viewing my art work to move the camera as wish? i mean move it with his fingers to rotate or scale the artwork instead of moving the phone.

Codelab provided specific steps to configure Webview as AR object in the Geospatial pre-release - i.e - Search for a location where you want to create your AR experience and tap on it to load the 3D map.- Tap on the +icon at the bottom right of the screen and select Webview from the menu.- Enter the URL of the web page you want to display in AR and tap on Done.- Drag and resize the webview to position it where you want it on the 3D map.Gained access to the pre-release yesterday and can't see the +icon at the bottom right of the screen. Has this feature been removed and if so are there plans to re-instate? 

I am creating an AR poster. I have the 2d version designed. i have set up the relevant gifs etc and recreated in Aero. When i view though the viwer the poster size on the phone is smaller than the pysicla object so the experience is rubbish. How do I ensure the AR and 2D match? 

When I scan a horizontal surface and place my 3d-objekt, big building, and the backs the phone (ios) away about 50 meters the 3d-object starts to cut away. Why, is there a max distans to the 3d or? Sombody know anything about this?Cheers!/Ladde

just got a note  from adobe to download the new desktop app, but my account says no programes available in the prerealise section  , this was working 2 weeks ago, not sure what is going on.

Hey so I'm using the new aero beta and I had successfully geo locked a VR sculpture I made. I put the .glb in aero, picked my location and copied link. It worked I recorded video. A few hours later I attempted again and it loads the experience but doesn't show my object. Like everything works but not sculpture. I restarted Aero and started new project. I then got the link/qr code for that and went to try in the same location and same issue as before, experience page loads, I scan ground and then flashes to just video with no object, I can see a weird black square floating as a ground marker when I look down at my feet, but spinning camera all around I don't see any object, and when I click the original link I made it doesn't work either. I've tried and redone 7 versions all are having the same issue when I do it on my phone at the location...

I created a project but it wont open on ipad pro gen2?am in ireland.Does not suggest my device is not compatable or it not available in my area, dificult to find out why it is not working for me.  

Anybody can help me ??? when i Put any 3d Object or Gif or Png Sequence in Geospatial Creator on Map, But when i share that link it was shows on in the sky (Not at Ground Level) 

Hi everyone, I'm a user from Malaysia, the geospatial is work really well, but only the map is not showing 3D Tile Data, no matter which city in this country, so I guess that it hasn't been updated to my country yet, so I'd like to ask where I can find out when 3D Tile Data will be updated in my area, because this is very important to me and I will use it in my future work. Thank you   

Howdy - Off the bat, I'm not professional at 3D, but know enough to build some rudimentary things in blender. That being said I'm trying to export a sign from blender with 2 textures. They're showing up in GLTF viewer perfectly, but in Aero they're not registering at all.  Any tips / tricks to exporting from blender -> GLB/GLTF for Aero?I'm cruising the forums, but have yet to find an answer. GLTF Viewer   

I am using a QR Code platform to track scans for marketing purposes and am running in to trouble when using Dynamic QR Codes, which give me the alalytics.  A connector URL is used and prompts my to open in safari or the Aero App Clip.  Problem is, everyone isnt getting this option.  A Static QR code loads the experience seamlessly, I just cannot track scans.   Anyone ever run in to this issue or have work around?
