Problem in mesh visualization from blender

Hi guys
I am having issues with the visualization of a 3D model. I have uploaded the .real and the GLTF file here:

It is perfectly visible in aero, and its preview, but once i scan the qr code i can (often) see it, while others can just see a black square on the floor.
I have checked the scale, normals, reduced at minimum the number of polygons.
I have uploaded it on sketchfabb and other 3D visualization tools and the objects seems ok.
I am using Iphone 12 and friends of mine recent android phones and even iphones.

I would like to understand what am i doing wrong and how can I fix it.

Hey @visual_operator5FFD!

 

I took a look at the .real file and it kept crashing on my end. I could not find an issue but I opened the GLB in Dimension then exported for Aero and the new model loads and shows on my end. Thinking maybe it was an export error?

Wow! I didn't know about this adobe program, and i was able to replicate it and it works! Great!
The only thing I am concerned now, what about the animation (rigging or even just location transform) I did in blender?
Is there a way to bring them to Aero?

Oh, I used .fbx 3D files with an animation and a "Play animation" action in Aero.

 

So you might can export as .fbx and .fbm files from Blender and use the play animation action. Not very familiar with Blender, sorry.
