Acrobat language change

Hello, I'm having trouble changing language from English to Croatian. I've tried to change it "edit->preferences->language" and set it to choose at app start or to OS language wich is set to Croatian. 

Neither method worked. I could reinstall with another installer and set it to language I need, but there are Certificates installed, and some other preferences are pre-set, wich I would like not to change, and set it up again. Is there any way to install langugae pack, or is there any other method wich exclude reinstalling.
