please download and run the » Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool. Then restart your computer.

Next, try to install Acrobat Pro DC as Administrator (Right click on the installer icon > "Run as Administrator")


In case your installation file is corrupted, you may want to download a new one from the following page:
» Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
