acrobat Pro DC insufficient memory to process this page when i want to edit PDF

im facing this issue ince 2 days ..tried to update ,repaire,clean uninstallation and install again ..many things more but still same issue ..PDF is only  1 page but still ..any help ? file size is 12MB

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?
