Adobe funciona mal

Tengo las suscripción de Adobe Acrobat Pro DC al día y me está dando por saco con que no. Tengo que traajar. ¿Alguien sabe cómo se soluciona esto?

    Sigue sin funcionar bien el Acrobat. Pago un dineral al año por los diferentes programas de Adobe, por favor, soluciónenlo. Yo no tengo tiempo para estar con estas cuestiones que son responsabilidad suya. ¡Que funcione bien o me doy de baja hoy mismo!
