Hi @Nicci5FB0

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please try to turn off the setting from the Compose window in Outlook as follows  and see if that works for you :

1. Open Outlook > Click 'New Email'

2. Go to the Acrobat tab in the toolbar at the top and click on settings

3. Uncheck 'Promt to open PDF attachments in Adobe Acrobat AI assistant'

Let us know how it goes.

If I turn this add-in off will it cause other features not to work properly?

Hi there

Once you turn off the described option, you will not get the Acrobat AI prompts anymore and the rest of the features will continue to work.
