Can the same document be signed monthly by the same recipient?
Can I require signatures on a document that shows completed training on a monthly basis? The document would be the same document per recipient for the training each month. For example:
Andy’s Training
Jan. | Dementia Training | 2 hours | signature ← send out in Jan. and sign in January
Feb | Fire Extinguisher | 1 hour | signature ← send out in Feb. and sign in February
March | Client Rights | 1 hour | signature ← send out in March and sign in March
Again this is the same document to be signed each month. Right now if the document is signed in January it is locked and cant be signed again in February. Is this even possible?
