Create Distiller joboptions to convert to greyscale?

Is it possible to create a set of joboptions for Distiller that will always produce a greyscale PDF?

Thanks for the reply. Though I had a bit of trouble getting the URLs out of those links.

Please note that I am asking about Distiller. I have got a solution which works for some, but not all PostScript files, by setting the colorspace to DeviceGray in the prologue.ps file.

Thanks for pointing that out, i will check that out.

You can also run the action on PostScript files if that is your main concern. You can also try different options under preflight settings.
