Creating Signature shows a stuck circling icon

This is on a Windows 10 with Adobe Acrobat Standard 22.2.20191.0.
When creating a signature, it shows a circling icon which does not go away. This breaks the signature line if it is long enough to reach the circle when saved. Have uninstalled all Adobe products and deleted the following folders, restart and reinstalled Acrobat Std.
