Hi,

I've got a user on a Windows 7 PC using Adobe Acrobat X from Adobe CS6.  She's having intermittent issues trying to print to PDF.   She is getting the attached error message. 

Can someone please help?

Hi,

I did initially think that the issue was a file permission issue.   But she is trying to save the PDF directly to her desktop, which she definitely has write permissions for.

Additionally, she's not launching PDF distiller manually, but rather just selecting the "Adobe PDF" printer while in Microsoft Word, and sending it as a print to PDF.   How would she change any of the variables in this case?

Could you please confirm Acrobat X version installed on the computer?
