Fonts throwing Up Error after PDF created

Hi,

Could anyone please help with the below issue.

We are having an error on PDFs created, it is showing an error as Bad Widths, the font could be oulined to get through this but this needs to go through a rip so would fail, see attached PDF for error code, all the fonts on the file are affected, the font is NimbusSansVous and on all weights

• The fonts are legimately purchased and we’ve used them historically.
• They are installed ok.
• Opentype Font
• We haven’t used any custom kerning or anything weird on styles.
