Attaching the screen shot with current signature and valid signature.

Thanks in advance

Hi @Hameed Meeran248894909460 ,

With the latest version of Acrobat once you create a  signature, it is shown in LHP as is visible with your file.

Thanks

I notice that Anshuk26618359tdo2 is different from the original poster. I don't know what Adobe's strategy was with not printing a green tick mark. It occurs to me that only an electronic document can have a working digital signature. Once it is printed, it is no longer possible to perform the electronic checks to show the digital signature is valid. Maybe that's why the green tick isn't printed.

Hi Hameed,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if you get the bar at the top stating, "Signed and all signatures are valid once you save the PDF after adding the digital signature.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the navigation pane showing the signature option? Check the screenshot for the reference:

Thanks,

Meenakshi

To validate your esigned document follow these steps-

  1. Open the eSigned document with Acrobat
  2. Click the Signature Panel or eSign appearance in the document.
  3. In the ‘Signatures' Dropdown click ‘Validate Signature
  4. The Signature Validation Status window may appear. Click 'Signature Properties'
  5. In the 'Signature Properties' Panel Click 'Validate Signature' and then Close.
  6. Now your eSign is complete. Your eSign will have a green-colored ‘Tick mark’ which means it is validated.
