HALP! Need Javascipt for signature format

Hi Everyone,

I am working on a PDF to be used in Adobe e-sign and I need to make the signature box required, with a specific format.

The specific format is to ensure it is a digital signature that will be accepted by the USPTO. This format is /John Doe/

Any help is appreciated!

All signature fields are required by default, you have to add a special name tag to make a signature optional.

You cannot force a format on a signature field. It's whatever the user enters.
