Hi! Please help. I did try to create an account but I thought it didn’t went through since no active plan is showing on my profile. Can you pls assist. Money was deducted to my account I do not wnat this subscription

​@Radiant_Moonbeam10fc Normally it takes 10-14 business days to get a refund. Now, the question for you was this through the desktop app or a mobile app? Adobe, Apple or Google? 

This is key because if you bought Acrobat either Apple or Google, your transaction was handled by the platform's native store, not Adobe directly. You are essentially making an "In-App Purchase." The payment method on file is charged by Apple, or Google, who then remit a portion of the payment to Adobe. Because the payment was processed through as Apple, or Google, (depending on what device you used), those companies hold the billing relationship with you as a customer. Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access the accounts, billings, or even initiate or process a refund back to the user's credit card or account balance.

The money was deducted to my gcash account but their representative claims that they do not accept Gcash??
