I have 2k folders with one pdf in each folder. Now I want to convert all these pdfs into PDF/A.

I have hard time to click on each file and converting it one by one.

Is this even posibble? Below is my folder and file structure.

D:Files\Folder1/pdfA.pdf

D:Files\Folder2/pdfB.pdf

etc...

I an using Adobe Acrobat 2017 at work.

Thanks.

But don't expect it to work for so many files. Acrobat is an interactive tool, with some features for very low volume automation. This will be painful, and you may need rearrange things (eg into batches of 100 files).

The specific settings used for the PDF/A files can be defined under Edit (or the Acrobat menu on a Mac) - Preferences - Convert from PDF - PDF/A:
