Issues with Adobe Acrobat Pro

I only captured a couple of these screen shots. So is this the service you offer? I am having issues with the Acrobat Pro software and I am not getting a resolution. Your customer service team is appalling and your ability to resolve the issues are worse.

Thanks Amal, the issue was resolved by our IT team removing and reinstalling the program.

Hope you are doing well and am sorry for the trouble and the experience you had so far.

 

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing with Acrobt Pro so that we can look into it and assist you better?

 

What is the workflow/steps you are doing? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

I will jump in here as well as I have been utilizing DC Pro for most of last year without issue. Last Thursday/Friday, all of the tools disappeard (title bar, tools pane on right side of document and the tool center - all gone. I tried various things mentioned on other loops (rebooting, shift+f4, f8, deleting & reinstalling, rebooting again, nothing has worked.so far.
