Just upgraded to CC Pro. Acrobat Pro is not offered in the apps to install.

Just upgraded to CC Pro. Acrobat Pro is not offered in the apps to install, but CC Pro is advertised as containing Acrobat Pro, not just Acrobat Standard. Got on the phone with a tech, but I don't think he knew what he was talking about. Didn't sound very confident, and what he implied was that the "Acrobat" that I was seeing that was installed WAS actually "Acrobat Pro" - even though there was NO indication of such - even in the "About" section and all the usual places.

I see that others have had this issue - is this a "thing" in CC Pro now - are we waiting for a bug fix?

Anybody got a *real* fix for this issue?

I get the same thing as what you've shown.

that's acrobat pro. are you missing any expected features?

Did you open CC Desktop App? See screenshot.

Click the 3-dots icon (...) for more options.

I do have what you show. But (and this is solely my point) it only shows "Acrobat" - everywhere in the CCPro installed universe on my computer - it only shows "Acrobat", not "Acrobat Pro".

WHY?

This is confusing - in the marketing for subscribing to CC Pro, it clearly states the subscription includes "Acrobat Pro" - yet - once installed - all I ever see is "Acrobat". That's my entire issue.

Does *anyone* actually see their installed Acrobat app - on their computer - show up as "Acrobat Pro" anywhere?

Is this marketing confusion from Adobe?

When I run Acrobat - and click "Help" then "About Adobe Acrobat" - *not* "About Adobe Acrobat Pro" - see attached JPG.

Don't be too pedantic about titles. Just trust it.

Acrobat includes the whole enchilada for paid Creative Cloud subscribers— mobile, web, desktop, e-sign, scan, export, edit, comment, forms, etc...

Not being "pedantic". Just wish Adobe would title their software accurately. Testing the features on what I have installed vs the comparison chart I've found and yes, it appears that Acrobat Pro is installed.

From a customer standpoint -WHY should I even have to do that. Why can't Adobe simply label their software accurately. I'm not an Adobe guru - I'm just a guy wanting to use their software to get stuff done for work and church. In my work I deal with a LOT of very technical issues - and details and accuracy matter a lot. All Adobe would have to do is have thier software be labelled correctly (compared to the marketing material I viewed when I purchased the sub) and it would've saved me several hours of chasing this down.
"Trust it".... um no. After all the corporate screwups I've dealt with? Not gonna happen.

Acrobat Pro is still part of the Creative Cloud Pro plan. Could you please share a screenshot of the application available in the Creative Cloud desktop application?

You may try installing the Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4oKGDuD.

I tried using your link and it started installing Acrobat DC. Not Acrobat Pro DC - just Acrobat DC. Screenshot attached. All I see is just "Acrobat". I've now run the cleaner to get rid of all Acrobat bones. Very interested in getting Acrobat Pro as advertised. Ideas?
