Link to 'Text Anchor' does not get exported as Link Tag

Hi

I have an indesign file with indocument links established as Links to 'Text Anchors'. When that file is exported to PDF, the links are clickable, but got exported as P Tags. What is the correct approach here to see Link and LinkOBJR Tags for such links in PDF?

Is it incorrect to use the link to 'Text Anchors' for linking indocument links? Should we instead use Cross references? I am trying to understand correct implementation for indocument links (i.e linking within document) in indesign in accessibility perspective to see the Link tags in Acrobat after export.

What application are you using to view the tags? If Acrobat, what panel are you in?
